I’m a graphic designer and artist.
I work in design using a variety of media, including drawing,
color theory, photography, and multimedia. Contrasting lines,
abstract details, themes, and organic motifs may all be found in my process;
inspired by their surroundings, whether it’s nature, live music, travel, or frequent trips to
galleries and museums.
Throughout the years I have embraced artists such as Herb Lubalin, Frank Stella, Andy Warhol, and Neville
Brody. During my studies as an undergraduate, I was very much influenced by the art
history of the Dada and Futurism periods.
My most recent work have included textile designs,
surface patterns, apparel, product branding, and one-of-a-kind website designs for a variety of
clients.
I founded Creative Hina Design while pursuing a B.F.A. at Wayne State University.
I’m always creating new collections, experimenting with new methods and graphic designs,
and collaborating with new clients like Facing Race, Quetarshe Textiles Design Studio, and CY-FI Sounds, to name a few.
In addition, I have an online shop where I offer current items from my personal brands, City of Soul Detroit, Rosa + May, and QuietSon.
